There was one time that a potential client was repulsed by how messy and disorganized our company was that they practically turned around and left. At first, I did not really think much of it but as more and more clients were lost, I started to think that this is not really working for us. It would just seem appropriate since they have helped us a great deal with our business that it is the least we can do.
